Refund Eligibility

If we are unable to repair your controller, you will be promptly notified and issued a full refund of the repair fee. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims

If your controller develops the same issue we repaired within 30 days of service, we'll resolve it at no additional cost. To start a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and issue details.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage from drops, spills, or accidents
  • Water damage or physical damage
  • Misuse or tampering
  • Third-party or unauthorized repairs
We reserve the right to inspect your controller and determine whether a warranty claim is valid.
