1. Service Agreement

By using our controller repair services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern the use of our services and form a binding agreement between you and our company.

2. Repair Process

We follow a standardized repair workflow designed to ensure quality and consistency. This process includes an initial diagnostic assessment, professional repair by certified technicians, and final quality assurance testing before return. The average turnaround time is 48 hours from the moment we receive your controller at our facility, excluding shipping time.

3. Warranty

All completed repairs are backed by a 30-day limited warranty, which covers only the specific issues addressed during the repair. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated damage, issues caused by misuse or tampering, or normal wear and tear.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping their controllers to our facility. To ensure safe delivery, please follow our shipping guidelines, which include using protective materials, enclosing order details, and selecting a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for damage or loss during transit caused by improper packaging or carrier mishandling.
